Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & No-Show Policy
At Ivy Leigh Wellness, appointment times are in high demand. To keep the schedule fair and accessible for everyone, please review the policies below.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
I will always do my best to find another available day and time that works for you.
No-Show / No-Call
No-show or no-call appointments are charged 100% of the scheduled service fee.
Clients who miss an appointment without notice will be required to prepay for all future sessions—no exceptions.
A valid credit card on file is required to reserve appointments.
Late Arrivals
If you are running late, please call or text as soon as possible.
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late without contacting me, your appointment may be cancelled and marked as a no-show, and the full service fee will apply.
Respecting Time & Availability
If you know you won’t be able to make it, please reschedule as early as possible so your time can be offered to another client who may be waiting.
